Paula Aquino Sánchez is a fourth-generation producer from Logoche, Miahuatlán de Porfirio Díaz, Oaxaca, coming from a family deeply rooted in agave spirit production on both sides. Her grandmother, Antonia, was a significant influence in her life, inspiring Paula to work in the palenque. She began working in the agave fields at just eleven years old and distilled her first batch by the age of fourteen. She has continued to honor her family's agave spirit heritage while crafting her unique spirits.
